  Took my laptop here in February 2013, all that needed to be fixed was a power socket because it had come loose, everything else on the laptop was fine. I was told that the part needed would take 6 weeks to arrive and that he would phone me when it was finished. In early July 2013, 5 months later,he told me that the part had conveniently JUST arrived that day and he would have it fixed by the end of the week, On the Friday I just went into the shop. Unfortunately, he had news for me that hed taken it home to fix and left it there by accident!, told me that he would drop it off at my house later that night. at 8pm that night, he phoned me, breaking the news to me that he accidentally dropped my laptop and broken a "board" in it but he would fix it and everything would be good. A week later, he phoned me saying that it was fixed and that he could drop it at my house ASAP. As soon as id turned it on at home, it popped up with a message saying it couldnt recognise 2 USB ports, also the wireless internet/bluetooth would not enable, I phoned him first thing the next morning, and told him to fix it, He said he would and so I took it in to him and he said that hed drop it back off to me that afternoon, when he arrived at my house later THAT day, he said he did not have enough time to look at it, but hed given me a USB adaptor and told me that would work in the mean time and that he was going to Canada for 3 weeks and I wouldnt be able to contact him either, I turned it on again, and it automatically told me it couldnt recognise the usbs... and with further investigation I found out that none of the USB ports work, the webcam wont recognise, the HDMI port doesnt work, wireless/bluetooth still not working, and now I am left with a computer that is essentially useless for the next 3 weeks.
  
  I have given one star, as the original problem is fixed.
  He did not even offer an apology at all, he was rude and acted as if everything was our fault.
